- Active the virtual environment
test_pyodbc-raw_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv
- Create a virtual environment
python3 -m venv test_pyodbc-raw_env
- Active the virtual environment
source test_pyodbc-raw_env/bin/active
