How to install pylint2tusar via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_pylint2tusar_env

test_pylint2tusar_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_pylint2tusar_env

source test_pylint2tusar_env/bin/active
