How to install pyinseq via python pip

python3 -m pip --version

Ensure pip, setuptools, and wheel are up to date:

In Windows (CMD):

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_pyinseq_env

test_pyinseq_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_pyinseq_env

source test_pyinseq_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation pyinseq

To install pyinseq on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install pyinseq

To install pyinseq on Unix/macOs:

pip install pyinseq

Step 3: If you want to install a specific pyinseq version, add ==<pyinseq version> to the end command line
