How to install pybwtool via python pip

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_pybwtool_env

test_pybwtool_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_pybwtool_env

source test_pybwtool_env/bin/active
