How to install py-monadic via python pip

To install py-monadic on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install py-monadic

To install py-monadic on Unix/macOs:

pip install py-monadic

Step 3: If you want to install a specific py-monadic version, add ==<py-monadic version> to the end command line
