py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_pocketsphinx2_env

test_pocketsphinx2_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_pocketsphinx2_env

source test_pocketsphinx2_env/bin/active
