How to install pkgtmpl via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_pkgtmpl_env

test_pkgtmpl_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_pkgtmpl_env

source test_pkgtmpl_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation pkgtmpl

To install pkgtmpl on Windows(CMD):

To install pkgtmpl on Unix/macOs:
