How to install pisco-sour via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_pisco-sour_env

test_pisco-sour_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_pisco-sour_env

source test_pisco-sour_env/bin/active
