How to install pesepay via python pip

Installation:

python3 -m pip --version

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_pesepay_env

test_pesepay_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_pesepay_env
