How to install partial via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_partial_env

test_partial_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_partial_env

source test_partial_env/bin/active

To install partial on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install partial

To install partial on Unix/macOs:

pip install partial

Step 3: If you want to install a specific partial version, add ==<partial version> to the end command line
