How to install openstreetmap-writer via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

test_openstreetmap-writer_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_openstreetmap-writer_env

source test_openstreetmap-writer_env/bin/active
