How to install openlr via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_openlr_env

test_openlr_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_openlr_env

source test_openlr_env/bin/active

To install openlr on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install openlr

To install openlr on Unix/macOs:

pip install openlr
