How to install open3SPN2 via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_open3SPN2_env

test_open3SPN2_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_open3SPN2_env

source test_open3SPN2_env/bin/active
