How to install MCREPOGEN via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_MCREPOGEN_env

test_MCREPOGEN_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_MCREPOGEN_env

source test_MCREPOGEN_env/bin/active
