How to install maillift-python via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_maillift-python_env

test_maillift-python_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_maillift-python_env

source test_maillift-python_env/bin/active
