How to install jarn.xmpp.twisted via python pip

test_jarn.xmpp.twisted_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_jarn.xmpp.twisted_env

source test_jarn.xmpp.twisted_env/bin/active
