py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_image-blobs_env

test_image-blobs_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_image-blobs_env

source test_image-blobs_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation image-blobs

To install image-blobs on Windows(CMD):

To install image-blobs on Unix/macOs:

pip install image-blobs
