How to install emfile via python pip

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_emfile_env

test_emfile_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_emfile_env

source test_emfile_env/bin/active
