How to install dotli via python pip

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_dotli_env

test_dotli_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_dotli_env

source test_dotli_env/bin/active

To install dotli on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install dotli

To install dotli on Unix/macOs:

pip install dotli

Step 3: If you want to install a specific dotli version, add ==<dotli version> to the end command line
