How to install dicebag via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_dicebag_env

test_dicebag_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_dicebag_env

source test_dicebag_env/bin/active

To install dicebag on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install dicebag

To install dicebag on Unix/macOs:

pip install dicebag

Step 3: If you want to install a specific dicebag version, add ==<dicebag version> to the end command line
