How to install deep-genome via python pip

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_deep-genome_env

test_deep-genome_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_deep-genome_env

source test_deep-genome_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation deep-genome

To install deep-genome on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install deep-genome

To install deep-genome on Unix/macOs:

pip install deep-genome

Step 3: If you want to install a specific deep-genome version, add ==<deep-genome version> to the end command line
