How to install cube-helper via python pip

In Windows (CMD):

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_cube-helper_env

test_cube-helper_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_cube-helper_env

source test_cube-helper_env/bin/active
