To access to OWA (Outlook Web Access), you need create a first time logon connection to the O365 exchange servers by accessing the MCEN-N from a USMC asset and logging into https://portal.apps.mil and launching Outlook. After taking these steps, you will be able to access OWA; From a USMC asset with Pulse Secure via https://www.ohome.apps.mil/.

Here are my thoughts: These are all public facing OWA servers that are located in a DMZ on a government computer network and require your CAC to access the site. So, the links won't help anyone if they don't have a CAC and an email account on that particular network.
