Asked by Larry Sanders on Dec 12, 2021 Web Services

In order to merge web-statistics which was created from scratch with AWStats statistics from another directory, the corresponding .txt file should be copied from the webstatdirectory. For example, statistics of a domain for December were created from scratch.
In addition,
Awstats is a statistics/analysis tool that collects data from visitors who view a web site. It tallies up data into a database so that you can view historical statistics and compare it to today’s numbers. Awstats gets its data from a web server log files, such as Apache, that exist on every web site.
In fact, In the Logging configuration, set up a single log file per site which rolls over daily using the local time for file naming. Click the Select Fields button and check the boxes next to the required fields. Apply your changes. Download the AWStats zip package from Sourceforge.
Besides,
When you have a website online, you may want to keep track of how many people are visiting your site. cPanel offers several built-in statistic reports, and AWStats is one of the more popular programs. AWStats updates every 24 hours and also instantly when you click the Update now link.
Also,
In order to capture the data AWStats tracks, your sites must log the following fields: To configure logging in IIS 6, open IIS Manager and right click on the Web Sites folder and select Properties.
