How to install yafasttext via python pip

To install yafasttext on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install yafasttext

To install yafasttext on Unix/macOs:

pip install yafasttext

Step 3: If you want to install a specific yafasttext version, add ==<yafasttext version> to the end command line
