How to install wscutils via python pip

Installation:

python3 -m pip --version

Ensure pip, setuptools, and wheel are up to date:

In Windows (CMD):

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

In Unix/macOS:

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_wscutils_env

test_wscutils_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_wscutils_env

source test_wscutils_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation wscutils

To install wscutils on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install wscutils

To install wscutils on Unix/macOs:

pip install wscutils

Step 3: If you want to install a specific wscutils version, add ==<wscutils version> to the end command line
