How to install typechecks via python pip

Installation:

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_typechecks_env

test_typechecks_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_typechecks_env

source test_typechecks_env/bin/active

To install typechecks on Unix/macOs:

pip install typechecks
