How to install to-cei via python pip

Installation:

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_to-cei_env

test_to-cei_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_to-cei_env

source test_to-cei_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation to-cei

To install to-cei on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install to-cei

To install to-cei on Unix/macOs:

pip install to-cei

Step 3: If you want to install a specific to-cei version, add ==<to-cei version> to the end command line
