How to install tinypublisher via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

test_tinypublisher_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_tinypublisher_env

source test_tinypublisher_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation tinypublisher
