How to install taluo-xingshi via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_taluo-xingshi_env

test_taluo-xingshi_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_taluo-xingshi_env

source test_taluo-xingshi_env/bin/active
