How to install state_neighbors via python pip

Installation:

py -m pip --version

python3 -m pip --version

Ensure pip, setuptools, and wheel are up to date:

In Windows (CMD):

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

In Unix/macOS:

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_state_neighbors_env

test_state_neighbors_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_state_neighbors_env

source test_state_neighbors_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation state_neighbors

To install state_neighbors on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install state_neighbors

To install state_neighbors on Unix/macOs:

pip install state_neighbors
