How to install SQLAlchemy-Ext via python pip

In Unix/macOS:

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_SQLAlchemy-Ext_env

test_SQLAlchemy-Ext_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_SQLAlchemy-Ext_env

source test_SQLAlchemy-Ext_env/bin/active
