How to install sphinxcontrib-toc via python pip

In Windows (CMD):

py -m pip --version

In Unix/macOS:

python3 -m pip --version

Ensure pip, setuptools, and wheel are up to date:

In Windows (CMD):

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

In Unix/macOS:

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_sphinxcontrib-toc_env

test_sphinxcontrib-toc_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_sphinxcontrib-toc_env

source test_sphinxcontrib-toc_env/bin/active

To install sphinxcontrib-toc on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install sphinxcontrib-toc

To install sphinxcontrib-toc on Unix/macOs:

pip install sphinxcontrib-toc

On Unix/macOs:
