How to install smqtk-core via python pip

py -m venv test_smqtk-core_env

test_smqtk-core_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_smqtk-core_env

source test_smqtk-core_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation smqtk-core

To install smqtk-core on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install smqtk-core

To install smqtk-core on Unix/macOs:

pip install smqtk-core
