How to install slicerfiducials via python pip

Installation:

py -m pip --version

python3 -m pip --version

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_slicerfiducials_env

test_slicerfiducials_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_slicerfiducials_env

source test_slicerfiducials_env/bin/active
