How to install raster-codecs via python pip

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_raster-codecs_env

test_raster-codecs_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_raster-codecs_env

source test_raster-codecs_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation raster-codecs

To install raster-codecs on Windows(CMD):
