How to install python-moo via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_python-moo_env

test_python-moo_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_python-moo_env

Step 3: If you want to install a specific python-moo version, add ==<python-moo version> to the end command line
