How to install PySC2 via python pip

py -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_PySC2_env

test_PySC2_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_PySC2_env

source test_PySC2_env/bin/active

To install PySC2 on Windows(CMD):
