How to install pyramid_cron via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_pyramid_cron_env

test_pyramid_cron_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_pyramid_cron_env

source test_pyramid_cron_env/bin/active
