How to install pycbc-weave via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_pycbc-weave_env

test_pycbc-weave_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_pycbc-weave_env

source test_pycbc-weave_env/bin/active

To install pycbc-weave on Windows(CMD):
