How to install ppgan via python pip

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_ppgan_env

source test_ppgan_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation ppgan

To install ppgan on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install ppgan

To install ppgan on Unix/macOs:

pip install ppgan
