How to install pmc-singleton via python pip

python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip setuptools wheel

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_pmc-singleton_env

test_pmc-singleton_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_pmc-singleton_env

source test_pmc-singleton_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation pmc-singleton

To install pmc-singleton on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install pmc-singleton

To install pmc-singleton on Unix/macOs:
