- Active the virtual environment
test_pipmaker_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv
- Create a virtual environment
python3 -m venv test_pipmaker_env
- Active the virtual environment
source test_pipmaker_env/bin/active
To install pipmaker on Windows(CMD):
py -m pip install pipmaker
To install pipmaker on Unix/macOs:
pip install pipmaker
