How to install peewee-seed via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_peewee-seed_env

test_peewee-seed_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_peewee-seed_env

source test_peewee-seed_env/bin/active
