How to install parquet-performance via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_parquet-performance_env

test_parquet-performance_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_parquet-performance_env

source test_parquet-performance_env/bin/active
