How to install num-to-rus via python pip

pip3 install virtualenv

source test_num-to-rus_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation num-to-rus

To install num-to-rus on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install num-to-rus

To install num-to-rus on Unix/macOs:

pip install num-to-rus
