How to install mongrel2-transceiver via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

test_mongrel2-transceiver_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_mongrel2-transceiver_env

source test_mongrel2-transceiver_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation mongrel2-transceiver
