How to install measurer via python pip

Installation:

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_measurer_env

test_measurer_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_measurer_env

source test_measurer_env/bin/active

To install measurer on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install measurer

To install measurer on Unix/macOs:

pip install measurer

Step 3: If you want to install a specific measurer version, add ==<measurer version> to the end command line
