How to install meanwhile via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_meanwhile_env

test_meanwhile_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_meanwhile_env

source test_meanwhile_env/bin/active

pip install meanwhile
