How to install jupyterlab-kite via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_jupyterlab-kite_env

test_jupyterlab-kite_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_jupyterlab-kite_env

source test_jupyterlab-kite_env/bin/active
